4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds:

  1. No Refunds After Access or Attendance: Refunds are not available once you access program materials or attend your first mentorship session.

  2. Partial Refunds Before Program Start: If you cancel enrollment before accessing any materials or attending your first session, you are eligible for a refund minus the following:

    • Administrative Fee: $1,500 to cover onboarding and administrative costs.

    • Non-Refundable Fees: Any third-party costs incurred by Vitrune LLC on your behalf.

  3. Special Circumstances: Refund requests due to medical or personal emergencies will be evaluated case-by-case. Approved refunds are still subject to a $1,500 administrative fee and applicable third-party costs.

5. Payment Terms

Vitrune accepts payments via:

  • Bank Transfers (ACH)

  • Checks

  • Debit or Credit Cards (2.9% fee)

If a scheduled payment is missed, access to Vitrune’s program may be temporarily suspended until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in account termination and referral to collections or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Non-Distribution of Content

All materials (e.g., roadmaps, videos, mentorship strategies) are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Vitrune’s materials without written consent.

6.2 Confidentiality of Program Content

You may share personal results or testimonials but may not disclose program strategies, roadmaps, or proprietary methods.

6.3 Competitive Use Restriction

By accessing Vitrune’s services, you agree that you will not use any Vitrune materials, strategies, roadmaps, mentorship frameworks, or intellectual property to create, offer, or promote any competing program, product, or service. Violation of this clause may result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to monetary damages and injunctions.

To ensure the success and integrity of Vitrune’s programs, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during assessments and throughout the program.

  • Fully engage in mentorship, complete assigned projects, and attend scheduled sessions.

  • Maintain respectful communication with Vitrune mentors and staff.

Account Usage:

  • Program access is exclusive to you and may not be shared or transferred.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and notifying Vitrune of unauthorized access.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during assessment calls and throughout the program is strictly confidential.

  • Vitrune will not disclose your personal information, except as outlined in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

  • Your data rights and opt-out options are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Results

Vitrune provides services in good faith, but you acknowledge that:

  • Success depends on your participation, external market conditions, and effort.

  • No guarantees are made regarding specific job placements, promotions, or financial outcomes.

  • All services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Vitrune, its team, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of our services.

11. Force Majeure

Vitrune is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or technical failures.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

  • Good Faith Negotiation: Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

  • Binding arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another arbitration provider of Vitrune’s choosing. Vitrune LLC reserves the right to select the arbitration provider at its discretion.

  • Costs: Each party is responsible for its own legal fees, but arbitration costs will be shared equally unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
